The Program aims to provide TBS with a Quality Marking solution for the Tanzania market. The project was awarded to SICPA on December 13, 2016 for design, and supply of ISM Stamps by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards. TBS which is 100% owned by the Government of Tanzania is the project executing agency.

Our Role

Under a Consultancy Agreement between SICPA SA and CHESS Enterprises Limited, we are tasked with the following key responsibilities:

  1. Participation in manufacturing plants site survey and client presentations
  2. Legal advisory service as regards the Tanzania territory legislation in force;
  3. Analysis of the Tanzania market;
  4. Evaluation of public procurement materials;
  5. Attend project Review Board (PRB) meeting
